The Mission of the Delta Area Health Education Center:  To enhance access to quality health care, particulary primary and preventive care, by improving the supply and distribution of health care professionals through community/academic educational partnerships.

Delta AHEC serves an  8 county area with funds from the HRSA grant through our funding agency University of Mississippi Medical Center.
